The Acai Bowl - straight off the poster

Ingredients
- Acai yogurt
- Strawberries
- Bananas
- Granola
The Acai yogurt is here! We took this combination straight off the poster. This is a good mix to try especially if you want to play it safe and get an idea of the potential of the acai yogurt. The acai yogurt has a strawberry-banana taste to it so adding the fruits only strengthens its complexity. I personally would have enjoyed this yogurt more if the bananas were chopped into smaller pieces so that I didn't have a mouthful of banana and only a small amount of yogurt. This really isn't too big of an issue since one can just cut up the bananas with the spoon. The granola goes extremely well because it adds a unique texture, not to mention, the taste of the granola goes well with the fruits. However, also beware that the texture of the granola has a time limit, as it can slowly become soggy when the yogurt starts to melt and soak into the pores of the granola. Overall, the yogurt was tasty but I have a feeling that there are other ingredients that one could add, which will be just as good if not better.
