Cookie Monster

Attention cookie lovers: this one's for you. This yogurt combination is very sweet, but hey, it IS called the Cookie Monster. As opposed to our other yogurts where the yogurt is the base, in this one, the yogurt is actually just a complimentary flavor to the toppings. You don't really taste the flavor of the double cookies and cream and vanilla wafer yogurts. I would say that the oreo, cookie dough, and animal cookie toppings overpower the yogurt, but that's not exactly true. The toppings take the light in this one, but the yogurt is what allows it to shine. All the ingredients work together to create a very complete experience, both in texture and in taste.
When you think of the two yogurts here—double cookies and cream and vanilla wafer—you would think sweet, but when paired with these toppings, they seem to be more of neutral and balance out the extreme sweet of the toppings. And again, you don't really taste the flavor of the yogurt, but it's there and it works well. Definitely try this if you're a lover of cookies and sweets. It's pretty good and I would get this again.

- Chocolate Twilight yogurt
- Brownie bites
- Cheesecake bites
- Cookie dough bites
- Dewars pieces
- Frosted animal cookies

Well, this just goes to show you that we aren't afraid to go the distance when experimenting with yogurt. I was feeling nostalgic trying this flavor of yogurt.  How many of you remember that time as a kid when you filled up your cup with ten different flavors of soda and called it a "suicide?" This is really no different except unfortunately, it tastes horrible.  I mean the only thing that I could actually distinguish within the yogurt was the frosted animal bites and that was probably because of the texture.  The truth is, that I was in utter confusion.  I didn't really know what to make of it other than the fact that it was SWEET.  There was just too much going on.  This particular flavor I probably won't ever get again but that doesn't mean there won't be another "suicide" flavor that we write about.  I am fairly confident that there will be a "suicide," which tastes surprisingly good in light of its intimidating ingredients.

* I am defining "suicide" as a limited conglomerate of yogurts and toppings.  It is not being used as the traditional usage: combining all flavors (in this case both toppings and yogurt) exhaustively.

Vanilla Wafer with Cap'n Crunch & Vanilla Wafers

Ingredients:
- Vanilla Wafer yogurt
- Cap'n Crunch cereal
- Vanilla Wafer cookies

This is one of the sweeter yogurts that you can get at Yogurtland, but the good thing about it is that it's not very rich like the NY Cheesecake or Red Velvet. I like the texture that Cap'n Crunch adds to the yogurt. My favorite thing about the yogurt is the cookies. The cookies were very delicious, although they can get soggy if you leave them in for too long. I wouldn't recommend any fruit with the yogurt but maybe some dry chocolate.
